Megacorp Empire is in development and there is no game to sign in to yet. The only personal data collected today comes from the waitlist form on the home page. This notice covers exactly that and nothing more — it will grow when the game does.
What is collected

The legal basis
Consent. You gave it by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send — that link deletes your record outright rather than merely flagging it.
Who else sees it
Nobody. The data is not sold, rented, shared or used for advertising. It is stored on Cloudflare D1 and email is delivered through Cloudflare Email Service, both acting as processors on our behalf. There are no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site.
The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. It is a privacy-preserving alternative to a CAPTCHA and does not track you across sites.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no tracking storage. Turnstile may set a short-lived token needed to complete its own challenge.
How long it is kept
Until you unsubscribe, or until 90 days after public launch — whichever comes first. At that point the waitlist has served its purpose and is deleted.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to its processing. The unsubscribe link handles deletion immediately. For anything else, email hello@megacorpempire.com and you will get a reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
When the game opens and accounts exist, this notice will be replaced by a fuller one covering that. Anyone on the waitlist at the time will be told before the change takes effect.
